Liz Bostwick Joins Sterrett Law "Of Counsel"
Dave Sterrett, Esq. is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Bostwick has joined Sterrett Law, PLC, as “Of Counsel”. “Our business clients need an expert litigator to fight on their behalf and there is no one better for that role than Liz” said Sterrett.
After graduating from Boston College and Northeastern School of Law, Ms. Bostwick served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston litigating cases ranging from employment, zoning, civil rights, tort, licensing and contract law.
In 2010 Liz opened her own firm in Boston and has continued to represent individuals, businesses, government entities, and public employees in civil and criminal litigation, Bostwick has successfully litigated and tried both civil and criminal cases in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in administrative agencies including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
Above all Liz cares deeply about the legal system, and is dedicated to helping people solve legal problems, and to making the process as fair as possible.
With an eye to the future, she has devoted time to helping young people learn about the court system and the law. Over the years she’s volunteered for the Citizens Schools Project and the Boston Bar Association’s Law Day, and to be a judge for the American Bar Association’s National Moot Court Trial Judge.
Liz is currently admitted to practice for state and federal courts in Massachusetts and intends to waive in to the Vermont Bar.
